A: Mediterranean food.
3. Favorite female competitor (besides yourself)?
A: Latorya Watts. I am real fan and I feel honored for having turned IFBB Pro with such an amazing athlete. She has the perfect physique in my opinion.
4. Favorite movie?
A: There are many, but one of my favorites is Avatar, by James Cameron, for all the deep spiritual messages it has in it and for the way it is presented, which is very familiar to what I have been experiencing on this time I am spending in Brazil.
5. Favorite actor or actress?
A: Leonardo DiCaprio
6. Last book you read?
A: Its called Action and Reaction, written by Chico Xavier, a great and humble man, who was a popular Brazilian philanthropist and medium in the spiritist religion. He wrote most of 450 books using a process known as “psychography”. He donated all of the money he got from the books to charity. Action and Reaction is the 9th book of a series of 16 books that talk about mediunity and the power of the mind and the need of keeping your thoughts elevated to a higher Consciousness in order to live at Peace.
7. One song that will always be on your Ipod?
A: “Om Saraswati”, by Boris Grebenshikov
8. Favorite Sport?
A;To watch, MMA and Artistic Gymnastics.
To do, lifting weights.
9. What do you feel is your best pose?
A: Side triceps
10. One super power you wish you could have?
:I wish I could teleport.
11. Favorite part of doing photo shoots?
A: Creating something artistic and inspiring. Using the body as piece of art.
12. Favorite color?
A: Green, because it makes me think of Nature and health, and also is the color of the heart chakra.
13. Favorite ice cream flavor?
A:All of them! I love ice cream! Chocolate, cappuccino, strawberries, peanut butter.. yum!
14. Favorite protein source?
15. If you won a million dollars, what is the first thing you would buy?
A: A little meditation spot in the middle of Nature, on top of a mount, where people could go and reconnect to the Self.
16. Favorite exercise?
A: Pulldowns feel so good.

18. Biggest fear?
A: Spreading less Light to people’s hearts than I am capable of spreading. The whole point of us coming to this world is to pass on the Light to others and pave a bright path to a Higher state of Consciousness and Unity. We are all ONE.
19. Most annoying thing people say when they see your physique?
A: Most people are very cool, but some say “I dont like muscular woman.”
Then I think “what you think is your problem, not mine.”
20. One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
A: I listen to hindi mantras and transcendental meditation music while doing High Intensity Cardio. It helps me push harder, by letting me detach my mind from my body, so I dont get tired, because, while my body works really hard, my mind is somewhere else, in pure bliss. And mind is what matters, the body does what the mind tells it to do.
